Yuzu Lemon Drop
Popular Cocktail with Asian Twist.
Yuzu (Japanese Citrus) is a fruit with very distinct taste that simply can not be replaced.
I have many cocktails that uses Yuzu juice, but since 100% Yuzu juice is very expensive in the United States, here's a recipe that uses Yuzu Syrup.
2oz Citrus Vodka
3/4oz Limoncello
1/2oz 100% Yuzu Juice
3/4oz Yuzu Syrup
Coat the rim of Cocktail glass with Grenadine and decorate with sugar.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, shake well and strain into the glass.
Garnish with Cherry, Lemon wheel, and mint.

Planter's Punch
There are a lot of recipes for Planter's Punch. I got my version based on Dale Degroff's (The King of Cocktails) recipe in "the Essential Cocktail".
I wanted to use up Pink Pigeon Rum so I modified a little to make it still yummy.
3/4oz Myer's Rum
3/4oz Pink Pigeon Rum
3/4oz Cointreau
1/2oz Velvet Falernum
3/4oz Orange Juice
3/4oz Pineapple Juice
1/2oz House Grenadine
Dash Lime Juice
Dash Angostura Bitters
Dash Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake with Ice and Strain into a Tall glass with fresh ice.
Garnish with Orange Slice with cloves, Cinnamon Stick, and finely grated Nutmeg.
I really liked the Chocolate taste, and I think it matched with the robust taste of Myer's and vanilla of the Pink Pigeon. I put extra grenadine instead of Simple syrup, it was sweet enough.
